Italian Sergio Campana took his second win of the Auto GP season at Marrakech, controlling the race from start to finish despite a faltering engine that nearly cost him victory.

Reigning Formula 2 champion Luciano Bacheta has been announced by Austrian outfit Zele Racing for the upcoming Auto GP season, which starts next weekend.

After weeks of relative inactivity the Auto GP driver lineup has more than doubled in size in two days, after the announcement of Yoshitaka Kuroda with Euronova on Tuesday was followed on Wednesday night with seven further names.

26-year old Japanese driver Yoshitaka Kuroda has entered a third year in his relationship with Euronova Racing by moving up to Auto GP to partner compatriot Kimiya Sato. It will be Kuroda’s third consecutive season in Europe since moving across from Japanese F3 in 2011.
