Pommer tops German F3 practice at Lausitz

ATS Formel 3 Cup points leader Markus Pommer kicked off the sixth weekend of the season by topping free practice.

The German narrowly edged out Van Amersfoort duo Weiron Tan and Sam MacLeod, who were both less the two tenths behind Pommer.

ADAC Formel Masters graduate Indy Dontje and Dane Nicolai Sylvest took fourth and fifth respectively, the latter already more than a second down on the best time set by Pommer.

Motopark duo Nabil Jeffri and Andres Mendez ended the session in sixth and seventh, followed by Russian Nikita Zlobin and Chinese racer Kang Ling.

The field was completed by Amkon’s Maximilian Hackl and Franz Woss Racing’s Luca Iannacone.
