Louis Deletraz converted his pole position into a confident race victory in race one of the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 season opener at Aragon.
The Josef Kaufmann driver had a great start, building a lead gap of three seconds.
Reigning NEC champion Ben Barnicoat temporarily lost second at the start to Dennis Olsen but the Briton took the place back with an aggressive move.
Tech 1’s Anthoine Hubert and JD’s Matevos Isaakyan took third and fourth respectively, after passing both Kevin Jorg and Olsen throughout the race.
Ignazio D’Agosto completed a Manor MP six-seven as the Italian finished closely behind Olsen.
Jack Hughes secured eighth as the top Koiranen driver, followed by Simon Gachet and Jack Aitken.
