Championship leader Marvin Kirchh?fer led the way in this morning’s free practice session for the ATS Formel 3 Cup at the Sachsenring.
The young German outpaced the field to finish 0.725 seconds up on Brit Emil Bernstorff. Russian Artem Markelov made it a Lotus lockout of the top three positions in third just ahead of Thomas J?ger and Gustavo Menezes.
Swede John Bryant-Meisner was sixth ahead of Jordi Weckx in seventh. EuroInternational’s Nabil Jeffri was eighth with Matteo Cairoli in ninth. Sebastian Balthasar came home tenth to lead the Trophy class.
