15-year-old German Maximilian G?nther set the pace in this morning’s free practice session for the ADAC Formel Masters at the Sachsenring.
The M?cke Motorsport driver lapped the 3.7 kilometre circuit in a time of 1m23.301s, beating out his team-mate and championship leader Alessio Picariello by 0.385 seconds.
Hendrik Grapp came home third to make it three M?cke Motorsport cars in the top three just ahead of Dutchman Indy Dontje and Spa race winner Jason Kremer in fourth and fifth respectively.
Neuhauser Racing’s Nicolas Beer came home in sixth, just ahead of Ralph Boschung in seventh. Mikkel Jensen home in eighth with Florian Herzog and Red Bull Junior Beitske Visser rounding out the top ten in ninth and tenth respectively.
