British duo Callum Ilott and Jake Dennis led the way in the two FIA F3 European Championship practice sessions at Portimao.

After a five-minute break, the second practice saw Dennis ending up at the top, narrowly beating Ilott’s benchmark with a time of 1m42.101s.

Following a low-key opening session, Antonio Giovinazzi ended the running in third, followed by Pommer, Stroll, and MacLeod.

Maximilian Gunther?was seventh, with Albon, Ilott and Sette Camara completing the top 10.

Charles Leclerc’s best result was 13th while Alexander Sims, driving for the new HitechGP entry, was 17th.
