Euronova have unveiled Leonardo Pulcini and Andrea Fontana as drivers for the new Italian F4 Championship that gets underway this weekend.
15-year-old Pulcini has a strong karting resume, finishing second in the CIK-FIA World KF Junior Championship last year. 17-year-old Fontana also graduates from karting and like Pulcini has tested with Euronova ahead of the F4 season.
“We’re really looking forward to taking part in this new championship and we’re proud to be in it right at the start,” said team principal Vincenzo Sospiri.
“I believe we have a strong driver line-up and the right technical personnel to give them all the support that they need. We haven’t had much time to test the new car but I’m sure that our drivers will be fighting for the top positions?at Adria.”
Euronova previously announced that Russian pair?Ivan Matveev?and Alexandra Zabolotnyaya would race in the series under the banner of their sponsor SMP.
