Gustav Jonsson led a Van Amersfoort Racing 1-2-3 in the Tuesday morning session, setting a 1m41.931s to beat Hiyu Yamakoshi to top spot by 0.035 seconds.

Alvise Rodella completed VAR’s lockout of the top three places, 0.087s off Jonsoon’s pace. All three drivers set their fastest laps early on.

Prema’s Freddie Slater was fourth fastest, 0.181s off the top, and US Racing’s Pradel was fifth. The top 17 were covered by 0.969s.

There was a slower pace in the afternoon, with AKM Motorsport’s Emanuele Olivieri setting a 1m42.734s to lead Yamakoshi and Jonsson by just 0.045s and 0.049s respectively. Slater was again fourth, 0.147s off the pace this time, with Rodell and Prema’s Tomass Stolcermanis in fifth and sixth.

Only three drivers set personal bests, with two of those being kart racer Lorenzo Campos (VAR) and Wiktor Dobrzanski (AKM).

Five drivers lowered the pace in the Wednesday morning session, and it was Pradel who ended up with the fastest lap. He set a 1m41.751s halfway through, edging Jonsson’s earlier benchmark from the day by 0.017s, and with US Racing’s Jack Beeton and Slater just 0.029s and 0.092s behind.

Prema’s Rashid Al Dhaheri completed a top five covered by 0.103s, with Olivieri next best.

The final afternoon was spent mostly in the pits, and Oliveri was fastest again. However the pace was significantly slower than previously, with a 1m43.033s putting him on top by 0.136s over Jonsson. Yamakoshi was third, 0.285s slower than Olivieri.
