Championship leader Alessio Picariello dominated this afternoon’s qualifying session for the ADAC Formel Masters at the Sachsenring.

The Belgian outpaced his M?cke Motorsport teammates Hendrik Grapp and Maximilian G?nther to take his third and fourth pole positions of the season.

Dane Nicolas Beer was the best of the non-M?cke cars in fourth just ahead of his Neuhauser Racing teammate Marvin Dienst in fifth, but Beer takes a five-place grid penalty for not respecting yellow flags in practice and will start ninth for the first race.

Indy Dontje came home in sixth ahead of Jason Kremer in seventh. Mikkel Jensen, Ralph Boschung and Kim-Luis Schramm rounded out the top ten.
