Tom Blomqvist remained the winner of race one of the European F3 round at Norisring for a few hours, but, after a successful appeal from Prema and other teams, it’s Raffaele Marciello who is reinstated as the winner.

The time penalties have been overturned by another six drivers, after the teams insisted that the yellows were not waved in the sector where the respective drivers were caught speeding.

As such, Marciello and teammate Alex Lynn are back to make up a Prema 1-2, while Fortec’s Felix Serralles gains third. Blomqvist settles in in fourth, ahead of Harry Tincknell and Jann Mardenborough, who also had his penalty overturned. Mucke duo of Roy Nissany and Michael Lewis were also forgiven, which put them to seventh and ninth respectively, while the huge amount of amnesties means that Andre Rudersdorf and Eddie Cheever were demoted to eighth and tenth.
