Marciello tops both practice sessions at Hockenheim

Raffaele Marciello was the quickest man on track in practice sessions one and two of the European F3 round at Hockenheim.

The championship leader wasn’t unchallenged in either of them, clearing Felix Rosenqvist by 0.2s in session one and Daniil Kvyat by less than 0.1s in sessions two. Jordan King was third in the first run, ahead of Felix Serralles and Lucas Auer.

Alex Lynn was sixth behind his teammate, with Harry Tincknell in seventh place. Tom Blomqvist, Will Buller and Antonio Giovinazzi rounded out the top ten.

King was third again in the second session, ahead of Sven Muller and Auer. Serralles and Josh Hill were in sixth and seventh, with the remaining positions in the top ten going to Tincknell, Lynn and Rosenqvist.
