Nico Jamin converted his second pole position into his second USF2000 victory of the weekend at Mid-Ohio.

His?getaway was not as smooth as in race one though, being forced onto the grass by Jake Eidson, but the Frenchman managed to stay in first anyway.

It was a smooth sailing for Jamin afterwards, building a lead of six second before a caution, triggered by Clint McMahan with 11 minutes to go.

There were only two laps left at the restart and Jamin was as confident as ever, seeing the checkered with an advantage of 1.6 seconds.

Eidson had a poor restart but he stayed second, followed by Aaron Telitz and Parker Thompson.

Team Pelfrey trio Garth Rickards, Ayla Agren and Luke Gabin finished fifth, sixth and seventh while the top ten was completed by Yufeng Luo, Sennan Fielding and Nikita Lastochkin.

Anthony Martin, podium finisher yesterday, endured a difficult race with two mistakes and dropped down to 14th.
