Sacha Fenestraz has claimed his third victory in French F4 from pole position at Pau.
The Frenchman controlled the final race of the round, keeping fellow standings frontrunner Valentin Moineault at a safe distance.
Fenestraz never seemed under much threat for first, maintaining a lead of one second and a half.
Behind the leading duo, Guiliano Alesi passed Gabriel Aubry off the start to take third, while Julien Darras moved up to fifth, only to lose ground with a spin in turn two.
When Simo Laaksonen passed Julien Andlauer for sixth four laps in, Andlauer ended up going off and bringing out the safety car.
It was of little consequence for Fenestraz or Moineault, but the restart did allow Aubry to reclaim third and complete the podium behind them.
Alesi held off Reuben Kressner and Laaksonen for fourth, while Hugo Sugnot-Darniche led Axel Matus, Kami Laliberte and Michael Benyahia.
