Daniel Cammish extended his 100 per cent record in Formula Ford GB this year into the second half of the season with victory from pole position in race 16 at Snetterton.

Cammish was 1.1 seconds faster than nearest rival Harrison Scott in qualifying, and then proceeded to take a five second win in the race.

Scott got a good getaway to pull alongside Cammish on the run into the first corner, but Cammish took advantage of the inside line to stay ahead.

Jayde Kruger held third throughout, finishing a way ahead of his Jamun Racing team-mates Juan Rosso and Nico Maranzana. Rosso moved ahead in the battle of the Argentines on lap six.

At the same time, Sam Brabham retired out of sixth place with a clutch problem, promoting James Abbott. Andy Richardson and debutant Zaid Ashkanani completed the eight finishers. Another newcomer, Connor Mills failed to start due to engine trouble.
