Christian Bogle topped the times in a HMD Motorsport-led final Indy Lights free practice session at Road America.

Bogle jumped to the top of the order in the final minutes of free practice, managing a 1m54.7706s time. He beat team-mate Antonio Serravalle who had gone quickest moments earlier with a time 0.149s slower.

Both HMD drivers completed their laps on fresh tyres, which allowed them to be the only drivers to set times sub-1m55s so far this weekend.

Hunter McElrea spent most of the session top of the order. After Danial Frost and Linus Lundqvist swapped fastest times early in the session, McElrea set a time of 1m55.113s to go quicker than both. After the late laps from the HMD Motorsport duo, he dropped down to third, but managed to stay ahead of Lundqvist.

Lundqvist finished fourth quickest, 0.222s slower than the time set by Bogle.

Frost took fifth, ahead of Matt Brabham, Ernie Francis Jr and Sting Ray Robb.

It was a difficult session for Benjamin Pedersen, who ran wide through the dust on his first lap and seemed to struggle with pace from that point onwards. He remained at the bottom of the order, completing only nine laps.

The only driver to set less laps was Christian Rasmussen, who had a mechanical problem early on and had to come into the pits after only one run. His one run was enough to put him ninth fastest, ahead of Kyffin Simpson.
