Smart Life Racing’s Charles Leong, a local driver who has previously raced in FIA Formula 3 Championship and is a champion in Chinese F4 and the Formula Renault Asiacup, set the pace in Friday’s free practice sessions ahead of fellow Macanese driver and event veteran Andy Chang.
