Andersen Promotions has announced the 2025 calendars for the three junior single-seater series it runs on IndyCar’s support bill.
USF Pro 2000 and USF2000 are heading to the same tracks in the same order as this year, while USF Juniors has swapped out Virginia International Raceway for a second trip to Mid-Ohio.
The streets of St. Petersburg host the opening USFP2000 and USF2000 races on March 1/2, then USF Juniors joins them at NOLA Motorsports Park on April 10-13 where the action will also include a pre-event test day. That weekend junior single-seater will have top billing, as IndyCar is not present.
USF Juniors is then alone in IndyCar’s support paddock at Barber Motorsports Park on May 1-3, with a test day included, and the week after the other two series head to Indianapolis Motor Speedway to race on its road course.
The sole oval event of the year is nearby at Lucas Oil Raceway on May 23, with USF2000’s Freedom 75 followed by USFP2000’s longer Freedom 90 race.
Sportscar series IMSA will bring USF Juniors into its support paddock at Mid-Ohio on June 6-8, then USFP2000 and USF2000 head to Road America on June 19-22.
All three series are reunited at Mid-Ohio on the first weekend of July, but USF Juniors is left behind for the trip north to Canada on July 18-20 to race on the streets of Toronto.
USF Juniors makes its trip to Road America independently on July 24-26, then all the racing action for Andersen Promotions’ series concludes at Portland on August 7-10 (which like the other road course events also includes a test day).
Pre-season testing will take place at NOLA on February 22/23, with in-season tests at Mid-Ohio (May 13/14) and Road America (June 11/12) and post-season testing at IMS on October 25/26.
The USFP2000 champion will receive a $546,500 (£415,312) scholarship to spend on stepping up to Indy Nxt for 2026, with the USF2000 champion earning $405,050 (£307,817) for their graduation to USFP2000.
In USF Juniors there will be a $249,675 (£189,740) prize for the champion, to be used as a scholarship fund for stepping up to USF2000, then the Skip Barber Formula Race Series will provide a $100,000 (£75,995) scholarship for its 2025 champion to join the IndyCar support paddock in USF Juniors.
There is additional prize money for each pole position taken in Andersen Promotions’ series, as well as being the top classified rookie in the standings.
