Lukas Moraes and Alessio Rovera ascended the top step of the podium in races two and three of Abarth at Adria respectively.

The 17-year-old Brazilian started the reverse-grid race two on the front row and passed Luis Michael Dorrbecker for the lead on lap four. With the rest of the drivers embroiled in a fight for second, he managed to pull away and take his first Abarth win.

Dorrbecker held on to second, ahead of Simone Iaquinta, who managed to get ahead of Rovera. Gabriele Rugin was fifth with Best Lap’s Federico Pezzolla in sixth. Sergey Trofimov, Dzhon Simonyan, Sabino de Castro and Alessandro Perullo rounded out the top ten.

Race three was a much less peaceful one, with incidents and a result that has massive championship implications. Lap one saw Dorrbecker make contact with Trofimov, which resulted in a huge shunt for the Mexican. The very same lap saw Rugin collide with championship contender Iaquinta, with both their races coming to an end.

With six people out of 14 not making it to the checkered flag, it was Rovera who took the win ahead of Moraes and Vitaly Larionov. Trofimov recovered to fourth, ahead of Pezzolla, Marco Tolama, Michele Beretta and de Castro.
