German F3 championship leader Marvin Kirchhofer asserted his dominance over the competition during practice at Lausitz, with his best effort of the session clearing the rest of the field by nearly half a second.
Performance Racing’s John Bryant-Meisner broke up the usual Lotus dominance by taking second, with title pursuers Emil Bernstorff and Artem Markelov coming in third and fourth. Less than 0.01s behind the Russian, another usual frontrunner Gustavo Menezes rounded out the top five.
Tomasz Krzeminski, making his debut with Performance Racing, came in sixth, ahead of series rookie Nikita Zlobin, who enters the championship with ADM.
EuroInternational’s Nabil Jeffri was eighth, with Trophy Class leader Sebastian Balthasar leading ADM regular Matteo Cairoli for ninth.
