Hitech will enter the Formula Winter Series for the first time at the start of 2024, fielding a four-car line-up.

Thomas Bearman, Fionn McLaughlin and Leo Robinson – all confirmed as racing for Hitech’s British Formula 4 squad next season – will be joined by Nina Gademan.

Gademan raced against Hitech in British F4 this year as a Fortec Motorsports driver, and shone in a one-off F1 Academy appearance at home track Zandvoort in Prema’s wildcard entry.

The Formula Winter Series effectively splits into two series for 2025, with a spin-off F4 Winter Championship aimed at Spanish F4 teams and running on Hankook tyres, while FWS switches to Pirelli rubber as it targets teams from Britain – such as Hitech – and Italy.

“We are looking forward to the new challenge of Formula Winter Series, on four great circuits, pitting ourselves against some of the best teams and drivers in Europe,” said Hitech’s F4 team manager Dominic Stott.

“In preparation for 2025, everyone is working hard to ensure we can hit the ground running in January and with Leo, Thomas, Fionn and Nina working well together already, and all pushing each other, we are confident in the group of people and drivers we have put together to spearhead another successful year of F4 competition.”

Hitech’s F4 squad has previously competed in the United Arab Emirates series as preparation for its British campaigns. It also recently made its debut in Euro 4 at the Red Bull Ring, where Bearman made his car racing debut alongside Deagen Fairclough and Reza Seewooruthun.
