Kevin Mills Racing’s Tom Mills held off Cooper Webster to seal his sixth GB4 win of the season at Snetterton.
Evans GP’s Webster led away from pole at the start, but then locked up and ran wide at Wilsons hairpin, allowing Mills to move ahead. Fortec Motorsports’ Colin Queen remained on the tail of the front two early on, but eventually dropped away.
Webster survived a huge sideways moment exiting Riches in his pursuit of Mills before setting the fastest lap to close back in once more.
But Mills prevailed to head the Australian at the chequered flag by 0.322 seconds, while Queen trailed home in a lonely third.
The battle for fourth was a thrilling affair, with Esports star Lucas Blakeley holding the position early on after Graham Brunton Racing’s Harry Burgoyne Jr stalled at the start from the outside of the second row.
Blakeley soon fell into the clutches of the chasing pack, losing out to GBR’s Jeremy Fairbairn and Fox Motorsport’s Sid Smith in the space of one lap.
Liam McNeilly recovered from a slow start to climb from ninth to pass Blakeley for sixth and then took fifth away from Fox team-mate Smith.
McNeilly snatched fourth at the final corner of the race from Fairbairn, who ran wide and lost out in a drag race to the line with Smith for fifth.
Blakeley eventually finished eighth behind Fortec’s Aditya Kulkarni, while Burgoyne recovered to ninth ahead of KMR’s Jack Clifford.
Fortec’s Ruhaan Alva went off the road at Riches while running seventh, and then collided with Clifford at the next corner, eventually finishing 11th.
