Giuliano Alesi, son of former F1 driver Jean, will graduate to single-seaters in French F4 after two years of karting experience, it’s been confirmed.
Alesi has tested with the car over the winter and feels he is ready to start his car racing career.
“I am very happy and looking forward to starting my career in single-seaters, and I intend to prepare myself in the best way possible before making my debut in the first meeting at Ledenon,” said Giuliano Alesi.
Alesi is the fourth addition to the 2015 French F4 grid, joining sophomore drivers Gjergj Haxhiu, Axel Matus and another karting graduate Gabriel Aubry.
The season will start on the 19th of April at Ledenon and will consist of seven rounds.
