Enzo Deligny will step up to the FIA Formula 3 Championship next year as one of Prema’s drivers.
The 17-year-old Franco-Chinese racer is currently contending to win the Formula Regional European Championship in his sophomore campaign with R-ace GP, having taken three victories, five other podiums and three poles so far.
He started 2025 in FRegional Middle East, taking one win en route to fifth in the standings, and last year was fourth in the FIA FRegional World Cup-awarding Macau Grand Prix and 12th in FREC.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Prema,” said Deligny. “It’s a great team with a lot of past achievements, and it has seen a lot of great drivers pass through its ranks. It’s a very good chance for me to learn and grow up in my rookie F3 year. I’m grateful to Prema, my management team, and my family for this opportunity. Let’s have a good season together.”
Deligny was a Red Bull junior through 2023 and ’24, during which time he came fourth in Spanish Formula 4, eighth in F4 United Arab Emirates and made outings in Italian F4 and E4.
“We are happy to welcome Enzo to our team,” said Prema team principal Rene Rosin. “He has seen an impressive growth in the last couple of years, and we look forward to working together in 2025. The FIA F3 Championship is extremely competitive, and it will be for sure a challenge, but we will keep working like we did this year and carry that progress into the next year.”
