Campos Racing has announced Thomas Strauven as one of its Spanish Formula 4 drivers for 2025.

The 16-year-old Belgian was 2021 IAME International Games runner-up on X30 Junior karts, then after stepping up to the OK kart class he was second in the LeCont Trophy and WSK Super Master Series.

For 2024, Strauven raced in Spanish F4 with Rodin Motorsport and he came seventh in the standings with one win and four third places.

“I’m excited to announce that I’ll be joining Griffin Core by Campos for the 2025 season,” said Strauven.

“My rookie year was a great learning experience, and I’m grateful for everything it taught me. Now, with Campos, I’m ready to push myself even further and aim for the best possible results. I want to thank Campos for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. I can’t wait to get started and take on the challenges of the new season!”

Adrian Campos Jr, the team principal, added: “I want to welcome Thomas to our team. We have seen firsthand his constant progression in his rookie season in F4 Spain, and he has enormous potential yet to be developed. I am sure we will have a great year together, and we will provide all our experience to help him translate his talent into the best possible results.”

Strauven is the fourth driver to join Campos’s Spanish F4 line-up for 2025, following Miguel Costa, Vivek Kanthan and Noah Monteiro.
