GB3 race-winner Callum Voisin will remain in the series with the rebranded Rodin Carlin team for 2023.

The Anglo-Swiss driver scored three wins and five pole positions with Carlin in GB3 last year, his first in single-seater racing, and finished fourth in the standings.

Before that, the 16-year-old won seven times in Ginetta Junior in 2021 after graduating from karting.

Carlin, one of the series’ most successful outfits, recently became Rodin Carlin after New Zealand-based manufacturer Rodin Cars bought a majority shareholding in the team.

“I am extremely excited to be staying with the Rodin Carlin family for another year,” said Voisin.

“Last season proved a huge learning experience in my first season of single seaters and I am looking forward to building that this season.  A huge thank you to Trevor Carlin, EDGE Management and everyone else who has made this possible.”

Voisin will partner fellow sophomore driver John Bennett, who is also a former Ginetta racer in the GT5 Challenge and was previously announced as the team’s first driver for 2023.

“We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Callum back to the team for a title assault in 2023,” said team principal Trevor Carlin.

“He did extremely well as a rookie in his first year of single-seaters and we expect him to come back faster and stronger this season.”
