Arden has signed Australian Formula Ford driver Bart Horsten for the 2019 British Formula 4 season.
The 16-year-old completed a part-season in Australian FFord this year, taking to the podium three times and finishing ninth in the standings. Last year he entered six races in the same series.
?I?m extremely excited to be racing with Arden in next year?s British F4 Championship,? said Horsten.
?I can?t thank them enough for their help in making the move to the UK and providing such a welcoming environment. I have huge confidence in the team and what they can achieve next season.”
This will be the fourth year in a row that an Australian has formed part of Arden’s British F4 roster, with Luis Leeds, Oscar Piastri and Jack Doohan having all won multiple races.
?We are delighted that Bart has joined the Arden family and will be competing in British F4 with us,? said Arden CEO Garry Horner. “Bart has the talent, experience and temperament to shine in F4 next year and we are looking forward to enjoying a very successful season together.?
Three other drivers have already been confirmed for the 2019 British F4 season: Fin Green for Carlin, Luke Browning for Richardson Racing and Roberto Faria for Fortec Motorsports.
