Toril on pole for Algarve race one

Alex Toril secured the first pole position in his F3 Open career, narrowly beating Santiago Urrutia to the first spot on the grid in Algarve qualifying.

Championship leader Sandy Stuvik will lead Alexandre Cougnaud on the second row, with Hector Hurst and Yarin Stern on row three.

Ed Jones took seventh ahead of Nelson Mason, while Alexey Chuklin and Valeria Carballo rounded out the top ten. In 13th, Richard Gonda was the top-placed Copa driver.
