Jack Jeffers, reigning champion of Lucas Oil School of Racing’s Formula Car Race Series will step up to USF Juniors this year with Exclusive Autosport.

The 16-year-old claimed the 2022 LOSoR FCRS title with six wins and four other podiums in his rookie year of car racing.

In karting he had been fifth in the USA ProTour on X30 Junior karts in 2020 and ’21, 10th in the national winter series in the latter year and then eighth in the 2021 ProTour on KA100 Junior karts too.

“I feel very fortunate and excited to be joining Exclusive Autosport for the 2023 USF Juniors series,” said Jeffers.

“This next step marks a very important chapter in my racing career and, I feel that in [this yeam], I have found the perfect fit. I immediately felt right at home, and I can’t wait to get back on the race track.

“I’m grateful to [team owner] Michael Duncalfe for the opportunity and trust that he has placed in me. I would also like to thank my family and friends for their unwavering support. And a big thank you to the Lucas Oil School of Racing for giving me a solid foundation from which to make the transition from karting to open-wheel racing.”

Jeffers will be team-mate to Joey Brienza and Formula Delta Brasil champion Erick Schotten.

“We’re happy to have Jack join the Exclusive Autosport USF Juniors Team,” said Michael Duncalfe. “Jack has a lot of natural talent and speed and I’m looking forward to seeing what he can do in the #92 entry.”

Other additions to the USF Juniors grid include Brady Golan at DEForce Racing, who has appeared in United States Formula 4 and the Skip Barber Formula Race Series, and DC Autorsport duo Carson Etter and Ethan Ho.

Etter was runner-up in F4 Western last year, while Ho is going into a second season with the team after coming seventh in USF Juniors’ inaugural season.
