Filippo Fiorentino has signed with Drivex School to spend next year in Spanish Formula 4, which has just unveiled its 2025 calendar.

There will be seven rounds next year, with all but two in Spain. Motorland Aragon moves from being round four this season to the location of round one in 2025, and it will mark the earliest ever start to a campaign since the races take place on the final days of March.

After being omitted in 2024 due to renovations, Navarra returns to the schedule as round two on May 2-4.

The trips abroad are to Algarve (June 6-8) and Paul Ricard (June 20-22), then there is a lengthy summer break before the season resumes at Jerez on September 19-21.

Valencia’s Ricardo Tormo circuit, which suffered some damage from the recent floods in the region, hosts round six on October 17-19 then there is a late conclusion to the campaign at Barcelona on November 14-16.

Fiorentino already has experience of many of the tracks, as he did two rounds of the 2023 season with Cram Motorsport and all but the final round of 2024. Last year his best result was an 18th place, while this term that improved to 15th and he came 34th in the standings.

The Brazilian has had a busy 2024 racing F4 cars, starting off in the Spain-based Formula Winter Series where he got two 13th places and matched his Spanish F4 championship position. He also did three Italian F4 rounds, with a 14th his highest finishing position from that stretch of races in summer, while two outings in Brazilian F4 with TMG Racing were far more productive as he won on debut.
