Christian Brooks is finally set for a full-time season in USF Pro 2000 next year, having debuted in the series back in 2021.

The 23-year-old will drive for Pabst Racing in 2024, and Brooks “couldn’t be more excited” to join the team: “We’ll be a threat to the field and I’m ready to show what I can do in a full season. Time to push.”

Brooks was a champion karter and runner-up in the Lites category of Global Rallycross and then the Americas Rallycross Championship in 2017 and 2018 before he debuted in single-seater racing four years ago in United States Formula 4.

He claimed two wins and came third in the standings as a rookie with Jay Howard Driver Development, then spent the next two years in USF2000 with Exclusive Autosport.

His first season there ended with a win and fifth in the standings, then he had a strong start to his sophomore campaign with two wins in St. Petersburg but ended the year sixth in the points table as he missed the final round to make his USFP2000 debut at Mid-Ohio. He finished fifth in both of the races at the track.

Brooks signed with Exclusive for a full USFP2000 campaign in 2022, but car damage from a qualifying crash meant he missed the season-opening races in St. Petersburg and then budget issues stopped him from racing again.

He returned to the series at the start of 2023 with a last-minute deal to contest the season opener in St. Petersburg with Turn 3 Motorsport in an OnlyFans-sponsored car.

He won the opening race from pole, finished sixth in the next one, then later in the year contested the Toronto round (substituting for an injured driver) where he finished eighth and fourth in the two races.
