British Formula 4 race-winner Reza Seewooruthun has joined new entrant Argenti with Prema for the step up to GB3 next season.

The 18-year competed with Hitech GP in his first season of singe-seaters this year, coming 16th in F4 United Arab Emirates and then third in British F4 with two wins, four second places and two other podiums. He also contested one round of Euro 4 with the team at the Red Bull Ring and finished third as the United Kingdom’s representative in the FIA Motorsport Games F4 Cup at Valencia.

Seewooruthun began his car racing career in the 2022 Ginetta Junior Winter Series, and took four victories and finished third in the main championship last year.

He joins British F4 rivals Deagen Fairclough and Alex Ninovic in graduating to GB3.

“With the arrival of the new car for the 2025 season it was great to be speaking to Argenti and Prema and hearing about their plans for developing the new chassis and for testing the car,” said Seewooruthun. “A new car on new tracks is a real reset for everyone and I think that working with Argenti and Prema it will be the perfect opportunity for me to develop and demonstrate my adaptability.

“The partnership and discussions have been continuing for sometime now but it’s great to have finally signed on the dotted line. I am really looking forward to seeing the new car and getting some miles under my belt.”

Argenti is also making the step up from British F4, and has entered into a partnership with Prema for its GB3 entry.

“We are very happy to welcome Reza to the team, he is a very talented and dedicated driver, “said Argenti’s team principal Michael Meadows.

“The new car is a great opportunity for drivers moving up from F4, and I’m sure it will be an extremely competitive year, but we know in Reza we have a driver that is capable of doing very well. We have witnessed Reza’s strong performances in recent years, and we look forward to contributing towards further successes.”
