The Andersen Promotions-owned USF Pro 2000, USF2000 and USF Juniors series have unveiled their 2027 calendars and scholarships.

All three paddocks will be testing pre-season at Barber Motorsports Park on February 15/16, and there will be another test at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on April 13-15.

USFP2000 will start its season in St. Petersburg on March 5-7, after a year away from the street circuit. Indianapolis hosts round two on May 13-15, then tests follow at Mid-Ohio (May 19/20) and Lucas Oil Raceway (May 25). Teams will stay there for their first oval race of 2027 three days later.

Road America hosts a test (June 16/17) then races (June 24-27), and an oval test at Milwaukee Mile is scheduled for the next day.

There are rounds at Mid-Ohio (a triple-header on July 1-4), Portland (July 29-August 1) and the streets of Markham in Canada (August 13-15), with racing at Milwaukee taking place on August 28.

A return to Road America ends the season on September 30-October 3, which will be a triple-header for all three series, and along with the LOR race will be one of two USFP2000 rounds not supporting IndyCar. Dropped from the schedule is the Arlington street circuit which USFP2000’s season-opening races christened this year.

USF2000 mostly mirrors USFP2000’s calendar in 2027. It will skip the trips to Milwaukee, and instead support IndyCar at Laguna Seca on September 2-5 along with USF Juniors.

Racing for the USF Juniors field begins on IMSA’s support bill at Mid-Ohio (June 11-13), accompanies the other USF Pro series at Road America (both times) and Portland, and for the second year in a row will support the NASCAR Truck Series at Lime Rock (July 9/10). Drivers will test there at a yet-to-be determined date in advance.

There are pre-event test days for the race weekends at Indianapolis, LOR, both Road America dates, Mid-Ohio, Portland and Laguna Seca, and post-season testing for all three series is on Indianapolis’s road course on October 23/24.

The total prize money available to drivers will increase in 2027 to over $1.62 million (£1.21 million), with tyre supplier Continental Tire continuing to pay out $53,000 (£39,587) to the pole position-winning driver for each race.

USF Juniors’ champion will get a $300,810 (£224,682) scholarship to spend on graduating to USF2000, up from $249,675 this year, and USF2000’s champion wins $451,710 (£337,393) to aid their progression up to USFP2000. That’s an increase of $46,660 on what the 2026 champion has received.

The margin of inflation is less for the next USFP2000 champion, as the scholarship they will receive to spend on a seat in IndyCar’s primary feeder series Indy Nxt is valued at $603,000 (£450,395), an $8,500 year-on-year increase.
